Since the 13th century the feudal château at Igé has stood proudly in the heart of southern Burgundy, more precisely in the Mâconnais, a region of rolling hills covered in vineyards, woods and meadowlan scattered with Romanesque churches.  The region in renowned for being both unspoilt and welcoming, with its tranquillity, its easygoing lifestyle, its serenity and its unique blend of nature and culture. The château d' Igé itself is situated in an age-old flowering garden with lush vegetation, in the heart of the village of Igé. For 2009, we obtained a special distinction from our chain "Châteaux et Hôtels Collection" and became "Bonne Table" !  In March, we are open the wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday (and sunday for the lunch). After, we will open every days.
